Job Summary:

This is an operational position responsible for the support of the overall branch operations.

Minimum Requirements

  • 2 Year Associates degree. (May be waived due to experience level)
  • Intermediate EXCEL, OUTLOOK and WORD experience preferred
  • Multitasking several projects and tasks
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude, presentation, and demeanor with both internal and external customers
  • Prudent to execution and follow-up of requests
  • Effective problem solver, self-regulating, organized, excellent communication skills required

Salary Range

  • Varies with experience level.

Primary Responsibilities

Switchboard Operator

Document Management

Travel/Reservation Coordinator

 

  • Welcomes and directs visitors and inquiries via in-person, telephone, or email; answering questions and directing accordingly
  • Main Switchboard Operator for branch
  • Responsible for scanning and logging documentation for various departments, including but not limited to Sales, Safety, Warranty, and Credit
  • Update and assign meetings to master scheduler
  • Perform other admin duties as deemed neccessary

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Maintain electronic and hard copy database collection
  • Scan, store, and document corporate contracts
  • Perform other clerical duties as needed, including photocopying, faxing, emailing, collating, etc.
  • Receive and Deliver mail to team members
  • Coordinate amenities for on-site meetings
  • Perform data entry for various departments

 

 

Merchandising

  • Ensure store is in neat and orderly fashion.
  •  

Leadership

  • No identified leadership functions.

Financial Management

  • Complete and maintain reports as required by the other Team members

Safety

  • Follow all company proposed safety; performance and general conduct work rules.
  • Notify supervisor of any accidents or safety hazards observed.
  • Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (issuing visitor badges, etc.)

General

  • Adhere to all company and department personnel policies and procedures.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to exert 25 lbs. of force occasionally and 10 lbs. of force frequently.
  • Position requires reaching, grasping, walking, bending, kneeling and standing.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, for contact with customers and co-workers.
  • Must be able to hear telephone conversations.
  • Must be able to read and comprehend information received via computer terminal, specification reports, memos, business communications, and other reports.
