POSITION:  Driver-Delivery Rental Equipment

LOCATION: Little Rock/Benton

REPORTS TO:  Riggs Outdoor Manager

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

  1. High School diploma or equivalent.

  2. Valid state Class A CDL and clean driving record.

  3. Ability to assist customers in obtaining needed information.

  4. Minimum one year verifiable equipment delivery driving experience.

  5. Thorough knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.

  6. Ability to safely operate a variety of small construction equipment.

  7. Ability to physically load and unload small electrical and hydraulic construction equipment.

  8. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.

  9. Ability to maintain Company required reports.

  10. Must be able to push, pull, stoop, crouch and lift at least 50 lbs. to perform duties.

         Ability to work in adverse weather conditions.

         Ability to work odd and/or additional hours.

     

    DUTIES:

     

  11. Safely deliver and retrieve equipment to and from customers as required.

  12. Maintain Company required logs and records.

     

    NOTES:

     

  13. Selected applicant must reside or be willing to relocate to the Little Rock area.

  14. Position is subject to extended work hours as business dictates.

  15. Current and past performance in department assignments will be considered as a part of the selection process.

  16. Transfers between departments are contingent upon realistic resolution of any vacancy caused by transfer from current department.

  17. Duties may be added, deleted or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing.

     

    SALARY RANGE:  Dependant upon experience
